You will be liable for damage or loss up to the excess amount unless additional insurance is purchased. Damage resulting from negligence or breach of these terms remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance coverage.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the advance notice provided. Please review your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for precise information. Be aware that cancellations made late or no-shows may incur charges.
